Following the pandemic, over 40% of consumers in the UK have increased purchasing from brands that have environmentally sustainable practices and values. Customers have also changed their food habits, with 39% reducing consumption of meat and animal products and 48% opting to buy more locally produced goods. As we work towards doing better by our people and our planet, we acknowledge that this needs to be reflected on the menus of our brands.
