We know that in our business, as in the sector generally, people of colour are under-represented, as are females in some of our operational roles – in particular, head chefs (9% female) but also operations managers (23% female). This is re�lected in our gender pay gap of 9.5% in 2020, despite having gender balance across the Boards of ASK and Zizzi. It is critical that we fully understand the reasons for these disparities and develop our new approach based on the Shaping careers evidence.
